I didn't start Shannie's Joys by following a business plan. I started it the way I've done most things in my life — with my hands, my heart, and a deep desire to make the people around me feel loved.

I came to this country building a life from scratch, the way immigrants do — piece by piece, with patience and purpose. I raised my children, I worked hard, and somewhere along the way I discovered that my truest gift was making others feel seen. Not with grand gestures, but with the small, intentional ones. A basket filled with exactly the right things. A gift that says: I thought about you.

Now, as I step into this next chapter of my life, I'm pouring everything I have into this. Every order I take is personal to me — because I know what it means to want to give someone something that matters.

Shannie's Joys is named for someone I carry with me always. It is, in every sense, a labor of love.
